It's easy... Use the "Create a New Page" link there on the left, enter a title, some content (links, etc) select a category and save.
That's it. No messy list editing, no tweaking any existing pages, etc. New page, content, category, save...
The magic is making sure you select the categories for your page/post. Doing this will auto-magically add your new page to the given lists, the category cloud, etc.
NOTE: When editing a page, please enter a short comment in the "Comment for this change" area at the bottom of the page. This will not only log the comment in the history of that page to document what you changed, but will also be included in the RSS feed (making it easier for subscribers to see what actually changed on a page...
